An advance payment may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount payable after service completion.

4. Packing and Handling

6. Storage Services

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items for relocation are legally permitted, proper access is available at pickup and delivery locations, and payments are made according to agreed terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Despite taking all necessary precautions, Baba Harihar Packers and Movers is not liable for damages or losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, or circumstances beyond control. We are also not responsible for damage to items not packed by our team or delays caused by incorrect details or restricted access.

9. Insurance

Customers are encouraged to arrange independent insurance coverage for their belongings. While we do not directly provide insurance, assistance can be offered in connecting with reliable insurance providers.

10. Prohibited Items

We do not accept explosives, hazardous or flammable substances, perishable food items, or illegal goods for relocation or storage.

11. Service Cancellation

We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if false information is provided, unlawful activities are involved, or these Terms and Conditions are violated.

12. Governing Law
